Sia is a counsellor who works holistically with a transpersonal and soul centred framework. Transpersonal work assists people to creatively adapt using difficult experiences to grow and heal towards self-realisation. A range of healing techniques are used including Meditation, Dream work, Symbols and Myth, Emotion Focused Therapy and Bodywork.
