Ten years ago I was involved in a car accident that left me with chronic neck and back injuries. Since then, I’ve been to physios, osteopaths, chiropractors, etc, who each helped in their own very small way. About two years ago, my treatment involved regular massages, which assisted in maintaining reasonable health, yet still suffering from almost constant headaches. Massage went from twice a week to weekly, then every ten days and currently fortnightly. I haven’t touched painkillers now for six weeks!
